Referral Program Terms

1. Program Summary

When a user you invite (the “Referred User”) signs up using your personal referral link /r/<your-code> and completes their first paid credit purchase, you (the “Referring User”) automatically receive 5 platform credits and the Referred User receives 3 bonus credits. Rewards are credited atomically by our payment webhook with no manual review.

2. Reward Format

• Rewards are issued exclusively in platform credits. There is no cash payout, no commission, no IBAN, and no banking-information collection of any kind under this program.
• Credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, cryptocurrency, vouchers or any other form of consideration.
• Credits may only be spent on analytical queries inside the TheBoxPredict terminal.

3. Eligibility & Fair Use

• You must hold an active TheBoxPredict account in good standing.
• Self-referral is prohibited. You may not invite yourself, alternate accounts, household members sharing a payment method, or fictitious identities.
• Spam, deceptive advertising, impersonation of TheBoxPredict, paid traffic that misrepresents the product, and any practice forbidden under applicable consumer protection law are grounds for immediate disqualification.
• Suspected abuse may result in forfeiture of accrued credits, permanent program exclusion and account suspension at our sole discretion.

4. Data Processing (GDPR / KVKK)

By accepting these Terms you authorize SK Digital Solutions to process the following personal data strictly for the operation of the referral program:

• Your unique referral code (auto-generated).
• Anonymous counters: total invites attributed to your code, conversions, and credits earned.
• A pseudonymous link between your account and the Referred User account for the sole purpose of paying out the reward.

You will never see the email address, name or any identifying information of users who sign up through your link. The system exposes only aggregate counters. Your link itself contains no personal data.

Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your explicit consent for the program (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR / KVKK Art. 5(1)). You may withdraw from the program at any time by contacting support@theboxpredict.com; previously earned credits remain valid.

5. Tax

Because rewards are platform credits with no cash value and no liquidation path, no withholding tax, value-added tax or income tax is collected, declared or remitted by SK Digital Solutions on your behalf under this program. Should your local jurisdiction nonetheless consider in-platform credits taxable, you are solely responsible for declaration.

6. Changes & Termination

We may amend, suspend or terminate this program at any time with or without notice. Credits already credited to your balance at the moment of any change remain valid and spendable. We will not retroactively claw back credits granted in good faith.

7. Relationship to Other Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms supplement and do not replace the platform Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer. In case of conflict regarding the referral program specifically, this document prevails.
