1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TheBoxPredict ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

TheBoxPredict is a structured football intelligence platform providing probabilistic analytical models, statistical match analysis and transparent public calibration for football fixtures. All outputs are produced for informational and educational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or its systems.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data using automated means without written consent.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Platform outputs without a license.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.

5. Analysis Credits

Analysis credits are virtual units used to generate match forecasts on the Platform. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. When a prediction misses, the spent credit is automatically restored as a bonus credit on your account — refunds are always issued as bonus credits and are never paid out in money or returned to any payment method. Unused credits may expire in accordance with the package terms displayed at purchase.

Payment processing & Merchant of Record. All credit purchases on the Platform are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the merchant of record for every transaction. This means Paddle — not SK Digital Solutions — is the seller of record on your invoice and is responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST in your jurisdiction. Your bank or card statement may therefore display "Paddle.net* TheBoxPredict" or a similar descriptor. Billing-related issues (payment failures, chargebacks, invoice copies) are handled by Paddle; product-related issues are handled by us. Monetary refund requests, where permitted, must be raised through Paddle's standard buyer process. By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, designs, and branding on the Platform are the exclusive property of SK Digital Solutions and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any predictive output. Match outcomes are inherently uncertain; no forecast should be treated as a guarantee.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SK Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Istanbul, Türkiye shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
